Does the mask help with noise?

No. It blocks light, not sound. For snoring, traffic or a noisy flat, pair it with a pair of Vespré earplugs.

Can I wear it with earplugs?

Yes. The strap sits above the ears, so it wears comfortably with any of our four shapes. Rest and Deep sit lowest in the ear if you sleep on your side.

Will it stay on through the night?
