Can I wear it with earplugs?
Yes. The strap sits above the ears, so it wears comfortably with any of our four shapes. Rest and Deep sit lowest in the ear if you sleep on your side.
Will it stay on through the night?
The strap adjusts, so you can set it snug. Most people find a slightly firmer setting keeps it in place when they turn over.
